PROCEDURE:

• Remove 60mm of cable sheath and polyester tape taking care not to damage the conductors.
• Press the cable into the slot at the back of the jack, line the sheath to the base of the IDC(Internal Database Connector)blocks.
• Terminate each pair in its color coded slot ensuring that the solid colored wire of each pair is placed in the correct slot.
• Ensure that the twist in the wires is maintained up to the IDC connector adding half or full twists as required.
• When the wires are correctly positioned, use a 110 or LSA the impact insertion tool set to Low to make final connection.
• trim any excess of conductor  flush with side of the IDC block.
• Snap completed jack into the facaplate.
